摘 要:以市售A 2B 7型La-Mg-Ni系储氢合金为负极材料,制作不同注液量的AA1500型金属氢化物-镍(MH/Ni)电池,研究电池的放电容量、内阻、自放电、循环寿命和过充性能等。随着注液量的增加,电池0.2 C倍率容量先逐渐升高后保持不变,注液量为3.0 g时,最高达到1648.2 mAh;电池的内阻随注液量的增加逐渐降低,从注液量为2.4 g时的14.89 mΩ降低至注液量为3.2 g的13.36 mΩ,但0.2 C倍率放电中值电压均保持在1.228 V;电池在55℃储存7 d后,荷电保持率随着注液量的增加先提高、后降低,注液量为2.8 g时最高,为81.87%;循环性能也具有相同的趋势,循环100次容量保持率的最高值为77.64%。测试极组中的水分含量,发现,水分含量的减少是循环寿命缩短的主要原因。AA1500-type metal hydride-nickel(MH-Ni)batteries with different electrolyte amounts were prepared with commercially A 2B 7 type La-Mg-Ni hydrogen storage alloy as anode material.The performance such as discharge capacity,internal resistance,self-discharge,cycle performance and overcharge of the batteries was studied.The capacity of the battery at 0.2 C rate increased firstly and then remained constant,reached the maximum(1648.2 mAh)when the electrolyte amount was 3.0 g.The internal resistance of the battery decreased gradually from 14.89 mΩto 13.36 mΩwhen the electrolyte amounts increased from 2.4 g to 3.2 g,but the discharge median voltage at 0.2 C rate was kept at 1.228 V.The state of charge retention rate increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of electrolyte amounts after battery stored at 55℃for 7 d,the highest was 81.87%when the electrolyte amounts was 2.8 g.The cycle performance showed the same trend,the highest capacity retention rate after 100 cycles was 77.64%.The water content of the pole group was tested.It was found that the decrease of water content was the main reason for the shorten of cycle life.
