摘 要:将纳米氧化铝(Al2O3)加入硫酸锰(MnSO4)溶液中,形成Al2O3均匀分散的体系,再加到酸性MnSO4溶液中,通过悬浮电解法制备掺铝(Al)二氧化锰(Al-MnO 2)。研究Al2O3加入量、硫酸(H2SO4)含量和电流密度对MnO 2掺Al含量的影响。悬浮电解法制备的MnO2中,Al含量可达1.05%。与固相球磨法合成掺Al锰酸锂(LiMn2O4)相比,以悬浮电解法制备的Al-MnO2为原料合成的LiMn2O4的工艺更简单,产物性能更好。以1C在3.0~4.2V循环100次,放电比容量提升近10%。Nano aluminum oxide(Al 2O 3)was added into the manganese sulfate(MnSO 4)solution to form the system of Al 2O 3 uniform dispersion,then added into the acidic MnSO 4 solution.Through the suspension electrolysis method,aluminum(Al)-doped manganese dioxide(Al-MnO 2)was prepared.The effects of Al 2O 3 addition amount,sulphuric acid(H 2SO 4)content,current density on Al content were studied.Al content in MnO 2 prepared by suspension electrolysis method could reach 1.05%.Compared with synthesizing aluminum-doped lithium manganate(LiMn 2O 4)by traditional solid-phase ball milling,synthesizing LiMn 2O 4 by suspension electrolysis method with Al-MnO 2 as raw material had simple process,the performance of products was better.When charged-discharged 100 cycles in 3.0-4.2 V with 1 C,the discharge capacity was improved almost 10%.
