摘  要:简要评述常见的制备碳基涂层材料的方法,包括磁控溅射、离子镀和等离子增强化学气相沉积等。主要从耐腐蚀性、导电性等方面,综述近年来双极板碳基涂层材料的研究进展。分析和讨论目前在金属双极板上涂覆碳基涂层材料的局限性以及表面改性方面的发展方向。The common methods of depositing carbon-based coating materials were summarized,including magnetron sputtering,ion plating and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.The research progress in carbon-based coating materials for bipolar plates in recent years from the aspects of corrosion resistance and conductivity was reviewed.The limitations of the current applications of carbon-based coating materials on metal bipolar plates and the developments of their surface modifications were discussed.
