摘　　要：《2020年加拿大成人和儿童高血压预防、诊断、风险评估和治疗指南》进行了更新,本文就该指南进行介绍和解读。该指南强调了血压的规范测量和家庭血压监测在血压管理中的重要地位,介绍了高血压及其合并症的管理,简化了儿童高血压的诊断标准,阐述了妊娠期高血压疾病孕前咨询的重要性。In 2020,Hypertension Canada's 2020 Comprehensive Guidelines for the Prevention,Diagnosis,Risk Assessment,and Treatment of Hypertension in Adults and Children were updated,this paper introduces and interprets the updated guidelines.The guidelines emphasize the role of standardized blood pressure measurement and home blood pressure monitoring in blood pressure management,introduce the management of hypertension and its complications,simplify the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in children and emphasize the importance of prepregnancy counseling for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
