基于居家照护平台的延续性护理在乳腺癌患者化疗间歇期PICC置管管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于居家照护平台的延续性护理在乳腺癌患者化疗间歇期外周静脉置入中心静脉管(PICC)置管管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院接受化疗治疗的110例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分两组,每组55例。对照组施行常规健康知识宣教,观察组采用基于居家照护平台的延续性护理。比较两组导管留置时间、导管日常维护知识评分、并发症发生率。结果护理1个月后,观察组导管日常维护知识评分高于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组,并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于居家照护平台的延续性护理在乳腺癌患者化疗间歇期PICC置管管理中的应用效果良好,能延长导管留置时间,增加患者PICC导管维护知识,提升减少PICC置管相关并发症,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous care based on home care platform in the management of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheter placement during the intermittent period of chemotherapy.Methods 110 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine health knowledge education,and the observation group was treated with continuous care based on home care platform.The catheter retention time,catheter maintenance knowledge score,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.ResuIts After 1 month of nursing,the observation group's catheter maintenance knowledge score was higher than that of the control group,the catheter indwelling time was longer than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConcIusion The continuous care based on the home care platform has a good effect in the management of PICC catheterization in breast cancer patients during intermittent chemotherapy.It can extend the catheter retention time,increase the patient's knowledge of PICC catheter maintenance,and improve the reduction of PICC catheter related complications,which is worthy of promotion and use.
