摘　　要：目的总结经股静脉单纯食道超声引导下继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵治疗的近中期临床效果,以及对手术适应证的体会。方法对65例继发孔型房间隔缺损的术前超声心动图所见与经股静脉单纯食道超声引导下封堵的术后治疗结果进行分析。结果65例均成功封堵,无残余分流。结论经股静脉食道超声下封堵继发孔型房间隔缺损安全有效,创伤小。封堵器打孔为合并严重肺动脉高压的房缺病人提供了新的治疗机会。Objective To observe the short-term and mid-term clinical effect of transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect through femoral vein transesophageal echocardiography and the indications for operation.Methods 65 cases of secundum atrial septal defect were analyzed by echocardiography before operation and the results of treatment.Results All the 65 cases were successfully occluded without residual shunt.Conclusion Transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect through femoral vein transesophageal echocardiography is safe and effective,with less trauma and avoiding radiation.The occluder with preformed holes provides a new treatment opportunity for patients with severe pulmonary hypertension with atrial septal defect.
