摘　　要：目的了解2019年河南省碘缺乏地区孕妇碘营养状况,为适时调整食盐加碘政策提供依据。方法按照《2019年河南省碘缺乏病监测方案》,在全省156个非高碘县(市、区)和高碘县(市、区)所辖非高碘地区,按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个乡,每乡抽取20名孕妇,采集孕妇尿样和家中食用盐,测定尿碘和盐碘含量。结果 2019年河南省碘缺乏病监测共采集孕妇家庭食用盐15 372份,碘盐覆盖率为95.0%,合格碘盐食用率为85.0%,盐碘中位数25.3 mg/kg。共检测孕妇尿样15 369份,尿碘中位数为201.0μg/L,处于碘适宜水平。妊娠早、中、晚期孕妇的尿碘中位数分别为193.9μg/L、195.4μg/L和187.0μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2019年河南省孕妇碘营养状况良好,但合格碘盐食用率低于90%,应加强市场监管,保证合格碘盐的精准供应,确保孕妇适宜碘摄入。Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in the iodine deficient areas of Henan in 2019 so as to provide evidence for adjusting the iodine supplementation strategy.Methods There were totally 156 non-high iodine areas in Henan.In each county,five townships were randomly picked out based the east,west,south,north and middle orientation according to Henan surveillance program on iodine deficiency disorders in 2019.And 20 pregnant women were sampled in each selected township to collect and determine their urinary and salt iodine content.Results 15 372 household salt samples of pregnant women were collected and tested;the iodized salt coverage rate was 95.0% and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 85.0%;the median of salt iodine was 25.3 mg/kg.The median urinary iodine of 15 369 pregnant women’s urine samples was 201.0 μg/L,which was at adequate level.The medians of urinary iodine for pregnant women were 193.9 μg/L,195.4 μg/L and 187.0 μg/L in the first,second,and third trimesters,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The pregnant women’s iodine nutrition status of Henan Provence is adequate.But the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt is lower than 90%,so the market supervision should be strengthened to ensure accurate supply of qualified iodized salt and appropriate iodine intake for pregnant women.
