摘　　要：目的对尿碘检测进行方法学评价,把好尿碘检测质量关,为孕妇科学补碘提供准确性和可靠性的依据。方法采用国标(WS/T 107-2016)过硫酸铵消化砷铈催化分光光度法,对尿碘实验进行标准曲线、检出限、精密度和加标回收率实验。结果方法检出限为6.5855μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~3.5%范围内,样品加标回收率在85%~118%范围内。结论本次实验所用方法灵敏,精密度好,加标回收率高,准确度高,实验室内部质控保证实验数据的准确性和可靠。Objective The methodological evaluation of urine iodine detection is carried out,the quality of urine iodine detection is well controlled, and the basis for the accuracy and reliability of scientific iodine supplementation for pregnant women is provided.Methods The national standard(WS/T 107-2016) ammonium persulfate digestion of arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry was used,the urine iodine experiment was carried out with standard curve,detection limit and recovery rate of standard addition.Results The detection limit of this method was 6.5855 μg/L,and the relative standard deviation RSD was in the range of 1.9% to 3.5%,and the recovery rate of standard addition of the sample was in the range of 85%-118%.Conclusions The method used in this experiment is sensitive and precise,with high recovery rate of standard addition and high accuracy.The internal quality control of the laboratory ensures the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data.
