老年人群维生素D水平与相关疾病现状分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人群(年龄≥60岁)维生素D水平现状,总结分析其与糖尿病、高血压、冠心病三大基础性疾病的相关性。方法采用DiaSorin LIAISON? XL化学发光分析仪对我院一年期间老年住院患者进行人血清定量检测25-羟基总维生素D水平,对其结果进行系统分析。结果统计2019年3月1日-2020年2月29日来我院就诊的1 436例老年住院人群25-羟基总维生素D水平,其中不足的人群占比高达75.8%,缺乏的人群占比为11.4%。而本文数据显示患有糖尿病、冠心病及高血压的患者相对25-羟基总维生素D不足和缺乏占比更高。结论老年人群维生素D不足与缺乏较为普遍,而且与基础性疾病具有一定的相关性。因此,检测25-羟基总维生素D值得推广,具有广泛的临床价值。Objective To explore the status of vitamin D levels in the elderly(aged more than or equal to 60 years old),and to summarize and analyze its correlation with the three basic diseases of diabetes,hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods DiaSorin LIAISON~? XL chemiluminescence analyzer was used to quantitatively detect total 25-hydroxyvitamin D in human serum of elderly inpatients during one year in our hospital,and the results were analyzed systematically.Results According to statistics of total 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in 1 436 elderly inpatients who came to our hospital from March 1,2019 to February 29,2020,75.8% of them were insufficient and 11.4% were deficient.Patients with diabetes,coronary heart disease and hypertension accounted for a higher proportion of total 25-hydroxyvitamin D insufficiency and deficiency.Conclusion The insufficiency and deficiency of vitamin D are common in the elderly population and have some correlation with basic diseases.Therefore,the detection of total 25-hydroxyvitamin D is worth popularizing and has extensive clinical value.
