甘肃省某制药厂职工预防性健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省某制药厂在职职工身体状况并提出健康建议。方法收集全体在职706名职工体检数据,采用SPSS 12.0统计软件对资料进行χ2检验和分析。结果本次体检职工706人,其中男性405人,女性301人;有250人结果正常,常见病及单项指标异常456人,分别占35.41%、64.59%;常见病及单项指标异常中高脂血症、高血压、听力异常、脂肪肝和肝囊肿患病率最高,男性和女性分别有284人和172人,分别占70.12%和57.14%,男性明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄间除转氨酶异常、ST-T改变、肝血管瘤、胆结石、胆红素升高外,其余常见病及单项指标异常均有统计学意义(P<0.05);常见病从30~39岁开始逐渐升高,40岁以上患病人数最多。结论由于生活水平提高和不良的健康生活方式,企业职工常见病以慢性疾病为主,应对职工尤其男性和中老年职工做好健康宣教和日常体检工作。Objective Understand the health status of the employees in a pharmaceutical factory in Gansu Province and put forward health suggestions.Methods Collected physical examination data of 706 employees,using SPSS 12.5 statistical software to χ~2 test and analyzed the data.Results There were 706 employees in this physical examination,including 405 males and 301 females.There were 250 people with normal results,456 with common diseases and single index abnormality,accounting for 35.41% and 64.59% respectively.Among them,the incidence rates of hyperlipidemia,hypertension,hearing loss,fatty liver and hepatic cyst were the highest,284 males and 172 females,accounting for 70.12% and 57.14% respectively,had common diseases and single index abnormalities,those in men were significantly higher than those in women,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the common diseases and single index except transaminase abnormality,ST-T change,hemangioma of liver,gallstone and bilirubin increase between ages(P<0.05).Most of the common diseases began to increase gradually from 30 to 39 years old,and the number of patients over 40 years old was the most.Conclusion Due to the improvement of living standard and bad life style,the common diseases of enterprise employees are mainly chronic diseases,health education and daily physical examination should be done well for the staff,especially for the male and the middle-aged and old.
