摘  要:为研究圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱的偏压性能与非线性行为,在组合柱试件偏压试验的基础上,建立该组合柱的有限元模型,并对该偏压柱进行非线性数值模拟分析,考虑圆钢管径厚比、再生粗骨料取代率、再生混凝土强度、圆钢管和型钢强度、偏心距等设计参数对试件偏压力学性能的影响,获取了组合柱的变形图、应力云图和荷载-位移骨架曲线;通过对比组合柱试件的试验结果和计算结果,验证组合柱有限元模型的合理性,并对组合柱进行了有限元参数扩展分析。结果表明:组合柱破坏主要是试件向中部受压区对称弯曲,呈典型的压弯破坏;组合柱承载力和变形能力分别随圆钢管和型钢的强度的提高而增加;钢管径厚比和偏心距的增加对组合柱的承载力是不利的;再生混凝土强度的提高有利于提高组合柱的承载力,而组合柱承载力和变形能力随着再生骨料取代率的增加而降低。研究结论可为圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱的工程应用提供参考。In order to study the eccentric compressive performance and non-linear behavior of composite columns of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)-filled circular steel tube and profile steel,the eccentric compression test of composite columns is performed,the finite element model of the composite columns is established,and the nonlinear numerical simulation analysis of the eccentric compression composite columns composed is carried out.The effects of design parameters such as diameter-thickness ratio of circular steel tube,replacement rate of recycled aggregate,strength of recycled aggregate concrete,strength of circular steel tube and section steel,eccentricity on eccentric compressive performance of composite columns are considered.The deformation diagram,stress nephogram and load-displacement skeleton curve of the composite column are obtained.The rationality of the finite element model of composite columns is verified by comparing the results of test with the calculation results,and the finite element parameter expansion analysis of the composite column is further carried out.The results show that the failure of the composite column is mainly due to the symmetrical bending of the specimen towards the middle compression zone,which is a typical compression bending failure.The bearing capacity and deformation capacity of composite columns increase with the increase of the strength of circular steel tube and section steel,respectively.The increase of diameter thickness ratio and eccentricity of steel tube is unfavorable to the bearing capacity of composite columns.The increase of recycled concrete strength is beneficial to increase the bearing capacity of composite columns,while the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of composite columns decrease with the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate.The research conclusion can provide reference for the engineering application of composite columns of RAC-filled circular steel tube and profile steel.
