摘　　要：为了研究不同化学计量比La-Y-Ni系储氢合金的表面状态与组织结构,利用电子探针(EPMA)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)测试了化学计量比B/A值分别为3.0、3.5、3.58、3.67、3.8的五个合金样品的表面形貌、表面元素分布状态、组成相和本体元素分布状态。实验结果表明,非化学计量比的AB3.58、AB3.67合金的结晶状态相对较好,而且均由A2B7型(Ce2Ni7和Gd2Co7)相组成;化学计量比的AB3合金为AB3型单相(LaY2Ni9)组织,AB3.5合金由A2B7型和AB3型相组成,AB3.8合金由A2B7型和A5B19型(Ce5Co19)相组成;AB3.58、AB3.67、AB3.8合金的元素分布均匀。In order to understand the surface state and structure of La-Y-Ni hydrogen storage alloys with different stoichiometric ratios, the surface morphology, surface element distribution, composition phase and bulk element distribution of five alloy samples with stoichiometric B/A ratio of 3.0, 3.5, 3.58, 3.67 and 3.8 were measured by EPMA, XPS, FE-SEM and XRD. The experimental results show that the nonstoichiometric AB3.58 and AB3.67 alloys have relatively good crystalline state, and they are all composed of A2B7 type(Ce2Ni7 and Gd2Co7) phases;The AB3 alloy with stoichiometric ratio is single phase structure of AB3 type(LaY2Ni9), AB3.5 alloy is composed of A2B7 type and AB3 type phases, AB3.8 alloy is composed of A2B7 type and A5B19 type(Ce5Co19) phases;The element distribution of AB3.58, AB3.67 and AB3.8 alloy is uniform.
