摘  要:准格尔矿区是我国重要的煤炭基地,其煤层中伴生有较为丰富的钪,且在燃烧后的产物粉煤灰中富集,极具提取价值。研究了黑岱沟露天矿煤层中钪的含量,以及钪在循环流化床粉煤灰"一步酸溶法"提取氧化铝工艺过程中的分布规律,为钪的富集提取奠定了基础。研究结果表明,黑岱沟露天煤矿煤层的煤燃烧后的粉煤灰中钪平均含量为0.0026%,"一步酸溶法"工艺中钪的溶出率高达70%,且在蒸发母液中富集至20 mg/L,具有较高的提取价值。Jungar mining is the most important coal base in China, which is associated with abundant Sc element in coal beds. The Sc element is concentrated in fly ash of the coal principal combustion product and full of value for extracting. The content of Sc in coal seam of Heidaigou opencast coal mine and distribution of Sc element in the process of extracting alumina from circulating fluidized bed fly ash by "one-step acid dissolution" are discussed to lay the foundation for concentration and extraction of Sc. The research results show that the average content of Sc is 0.0026% in the coal burning of Heidaigou opencast coal mine. The dissolution rate of Sc is as high as 70%, with concentration hitting 20 mg/L in the evaporation mother liquid, and has high value for extracting.
