摘  要:赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中产生的高碱性工业固体废弃物,具有排放量大,碱性强,环境风险高等特点。随着国民经济及国防建设对铝材料需求量的增大,赤泥的堆存量也不断增加,已成为有色金属冶炼行业排放量最大的难处理工业废渣,制约着氧化铝行业的健康可持续发展,其综合利用已迫在眉睫。本文综述了赤泥的产生途径,物质组成,重点阐述了赤泥在铁、铝、钛、钪及其他的稀土金属综合回收利用现状,剖析综合回收过程中存在的问题,提出赤泥综合性、系统性开发利用的广阔应用前景,为赤泥资源化综合利用提供科学参考。Bauxite residue, a high-alkali solid waste, is generated during the production of alumina with the characteristics of large emissions, strong alkalinity and high environmental risks. With the increasing demand for aluminum materials in the national economy and national defense construction, the inventory of bauxite residue has also increased and become the largest emission of smelting waste in the non-ferrous metal industry, which restricts the healthy and sustainable development of the alumina industry and its comprehensive utilization is imminent. This paper reviews the production, material composition of bauxite residue, focuses on the comprehensive recovery status of Fe, Al, Ti, Sc and other rare earth metals in bauxite residue, analyzes the existing problems in the process of comprehensive recovery, puts forward the broad application prospects of comprehensive, systematic development for bauxite residue recovery, which provides a scientific reference for the comprehensive recovery of bauxite residue.
