摘  要:针对激光微织构加工软件设计中存在的功能不齐全、人机交互性差、可视化程度低等问题,以激光微织构加工需求为背景,基于QT开发一套多功能激光微织构加工软件系统,设计四大功能模块,支持多种工艺加工。考虑到加工过程中存在的定位精度不高、表面形貌不易观测等问题,应用机床三维坐标变换技术等关键技术设计软件功能,实现了加工平台微米级精度运动,以及激光器与加工平台协同工作,改善了激光微织构形貌观测难度。利用激光微织构加工设备构建实验环境,对软件进行功能测试。结果表明:软件能够满足激光微织构加工的功能需求。软件功能设计完善、集成度高、人机交互感好,为激光微织构加工和激光表面形貌研究提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the problems of incomplete function,poor human-computer interaction and low degree of visualization in the design of laser micro-texture processing software,this paper develops a multi-functional laser micro-texture processing based on QT and the demand of laser micro-texture processing.It has four functional modules to support multiple processes.Considering the problems of low positioning accuracy and difficult surface observation in the processing process,the key functions of the machine tool such as three-dimensional coordinate transformation technology were used to design software functions,and the micro-level precision motion of the processing platform was realized,and the laser and the processing platform work together,improving the difficulty of laser micro-texture morphology observation.The test environment was constructed by laser micro-texturing processing equipment,and the software was tested.The results show that the software can meet the functional requirements of laser micro-texture processing,with perfect software function design,high integration and good human-computer interaction,which provides technical support for laser micro-texture processing and laser surface topography research.
