摘 要:以粳稻谷为研究对象,分别采用两种不同型号的精米机,探讨了压铊档位、碾磨时间、筛孔大小对稻谷出米率的影响。结果表明:选用2.0 mm筛孔得到的出米率比2.5 mm筛孔高出约1%~3%;LTJM160型精米机选择碾磨时间50 s压铊档位1档、BLH-3500型精米机选择碾磨时间45 s压铊档位2档时,2台精米机出米率结果存在一致性且检验结果相对稳定。Taking japonica rice as the research object, two different types of rice refiners were used to study the effects of thallium pressing gear, milling time and screen hole size on rice yield. The results showed that the rice yield of the 2.0 mm sieve was 1%-3% higher than that of the 2.5 mm sieve;when the milling time of ltjm160 was 50 s, the thallium pressing gear 1 and the milling time 45 s and the thallium pressing gear 2 of blh-3500 rice milling machine were selected, the rice yield results of the two millers were consistent and the test results were relatively stable.
