摘　　要：本文立足近期海关业务数据安全面临的严峻形势,对现有业务数据管理体系进行深入探析,并依托区块链的分布式、零信任、加密认证等特性,尝试设计一个基于区块链技术的海关业务数据管理新体系。本文对业务数据管理新体系的架构进行了简要描述,并提出了在新的体系下如何实现"零风险"的数据安全。Base on recent issues of business data security problem of China Customs, the paper probes into how to develop a new data management model by blockchain technology, in which distributed system, zero trust and encryption technologies are applied. This paper provides a brief description of the new architecture of data management system, and the ways on how to achieve "zero risk" on data security within the new framework.
