步速在老年患者评估中的应用

摘　　要：随着人口老年化加剧,需要接受手术治疗的老年患者越来越多,给麻醉带来了一定的挑战。在临床工作中如何快速准确评估老年患者的手术麻醉风险尤显重要。近年来步行速度(步速)在老年患者中的研究受到极大的关注。文章就步速的测量、步速与老年患者器官功能的相关性、步速对老年手术患者的影响进行综述,为临床围手术期管理提供参考。As the population ages,elderly patients requiring surgery are increasing,which brought challenge to anesthesia.How to fastly and exactly assess perioperative risks in these patients during clinic work is very important.Recently,the association of gait speed with elderly patients received more and more attention.This article reviews the measurement of gait speed,the association of gait speed with organ function and the effect of gait speed on outcomes of surgery in elderly patients.This review provides reference for clinic perioperative management in elderly patients.
