摘 要:全身麻醉本质探讨一直是相关领域研究的难点,近年来,利用脑电图(electroencephalogram,ECG)解析麻醉药物对大脑中枢神经系统作用的机制逐渐成为热点。文章就不同麻醉药物对ECG分段频谱特征的影响,及其在麻醉药物脑网络作用机制和脑功能连接研究中的应用进行综述,以期进一步深入探讨麻醉药物的作用原理。Exploring the essence of general anesthesia has always been a difficult problem in related fields.In recent years,the mechanism of anesthetics acting on the central nervous system of the brain has gradually become a hotspot by using electroencepha⁃logram(EEG).This article reviews the effects of different anesthetics on the characteristics of segmented spectrum of EEG,and their ap⁃plications in the study of the mechanism of action of anesthetics on brain network and brain functional connectivity,with a view to fur⁃ther exploring the mechanism of action of anesthetics.
