摘　　要：以数据驱动为主线,对新时代图书馆精准服务的内涵与特征进行阐述,分析高校图书馆精准服务数据驱动三要素:数据政策、数据资源、馆员与用户。根据高校图书馆服务的特点,从认知层面、规划层面、数据层面和实践层面提出高校图书馆精准服务多维路径。从数据存储管理机制、依托数据的服务运行机制、数据保障的激励考评机制3个方面探讨高校图书馆精准服务机制的构建。Taking data driven as the main line,this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of the precision service of the library in the new era,and analyzes three elements of the data driven:data policy,data resources,librarians and users of the precision service of university library.According to the service characteristics of university library,this paper puts forward the multi-dimensional path of precision service of university library from aspects of cognition,planning,data and practice.This paper discusses the construction of the precision service mechanism of university libraries from three aspects:a data storage management mechanism,a data-based service operation mechanism,and a data guarantee incentive and evaluation mechanism.
