摘　　要：在数字资源采购经费日趋紧张的背景下,国外图书馆开展了循证采购试点项目。采用文献调查法,从循证采购的概念入手,分析国外循证采购产生的背景,通过介绍丹佛大学图书馆、Orbis Cascade联盟、科罗拉多大学图书馆、中佛罗里达大学图书馆等循证采购项目的实践情况,提出适合我国图书馆的数字资源循证采购模式,以及项目实施方法和实施过程中需要注意的问题。In the context of the increasing shortage of digital resources procurement funds,foreign libraries have launched pilot projects for evidence-based acquisition.This paper uses the method of literature survey,from the concept of evidence-based acquisition,analyzes the background of foreign evidence-based acquisition,and introduces the practice of multiple evidence-based acquisition projects such as the University of Denver Library,Orbis Cascade Alliance,University of Colorado Library,the University of Central Florida Library,etc.and puts the evidence-based acquisition model for digital resources suitable for Chinese libraries,and project implementation methods and issues that need to be paid attention during implementation.
