摘　　要：根据四连杆振动机构及正弦振动的特点,主要从振动频率、振幅、负滑脱时间等参数进行研究。介绍了某钢厂小方坯连铸机的工艺状况及铸坯表面质量状况,对铸坯表面质量的影响因素进行了分析,对结晶器振动参数进行理论分析并对参数进行了优化。参数优化后,铸坯表面质量及溢漏率等问题均得到了有效地改善。According to the characteristics of four-bar linkage vibration and sinusoidal vibration,the vibration frequency,amplitude,negative slip time and other parameters are studied in this paper.The process and surface quality of billet continuous casting machine in a steel plant are introduced.The influencing factors of surface quality of billet are analyzed.The vibration parameters of the mould are analyzed theoretically and optimized.After the optimization of parameters,the surface quality and the leakage rate of the slab have been effectively improved.
