摘　　要：结合基层电梯安全监管工作实践,讨论了市场监管总局《关于进一步做好改进电梯维护保养模式和调整电梯检验检测方式试点工作的意见》中维护保养模式、定期检验和自行检测方式等相关改革的具体内容及潜在的实施问题,以期为顶层设计层面和基层实践层面提供新思路。Based on the recent issue of"The Opinions of State Administration for Market Regulation on Further Improving Pilot Work of Elevator Maintenance Mode and Adjusting Elevator Inspection and Testing Method",and combined with the current work practice of elevator safety supervision at the grass-roots level,the method is discussed to rational analysis,reflection and consideration of the specific contents and potential mechanism defects of the reform of maintenance mode,periodic inspection and self-testing in the reform pilot program in order to give the new way to the top of the design level and grass-roots level.
