摘  要:为研究刚棒分子增强的分子复合材料,以对氨基苯丙炔醚为胺源,两种含苯并恶唑结构的化合物(DAROH和HOH)为酚源,制备出两种含炔丙基和苯并恶唑结构的刚性液晶苯并恶嗪单体(DAROH-Bz和HOH-Bz),并将其与双酚A苯并恶嗪(BA-a)单体以不同质量比共聚制备了分子复合材料。采用核磁共振氢谱、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析仪、弯曲强度和模量测试及扫描电镜对复合材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明,液晶苯并恶嗪的加入不可以提高材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量,而且可以大幅度提高体系的耐热性。DAROH-Bz/BA-a体系中DAROH-Bz的质量分数为20%时,综合性能最优,弯曲强度165.7 MPa,弯曲模量4.94 GPa,5%热失重温度为351℃,800℃下氮气氛围残炭率为64.4%。In order to study the molecular composites reinforced by rigid rod molecules,using p-aminophenylpropynyl ether as the amine source and two benzoxazole-containing compounds(DAROH and HOH)as the phenol source,two rigid liquid crystal benzoxazine monomers(DAROH-Bz and HOH-Bz)containing propargyl and benzoxazole structures were prepared,and copolymerized with bisphenol A benzoxazine(BA-a)monomers in different mass ratios to prepare molecules composite materials.The properties of composite materials were studied by using hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,flexural strength and flexural modulus testings and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the addition of liquid crystal benzoxazine could not only increase the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the materials,but also greatly improve the heat resistance of the system.When the mass fraction of DAROH-Bz in the DAROH-Bz/BA-a system was 20%,the overall performance of the system was the best.The flexural strength,flexural modulus,5%thermal weight loss temperature and carbon residue rate at 800℃under nitrogen atmosphere were 165.7 MPa,4.94 GPa,351℃and 64.4%,respectively.
