摘  要:目的分析和评价某餐厨垃圾处置项目职业病危害控制效果,探讨职业病防护措施和个人防护措施的可行性。方法2019年对徐州市某餐厨垃圾处理项目采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测和检测表等方法收集资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人防护用品和应急救援设施等相结合的方法综合进行分析评价。结果该项目主要的职业病危害因素种类有化学危害因素(氨、硫酸、甲醇、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、氢氧化钠)、噪声和高温。检测结果显示,所测职业病有害因素合格率为100%,职业健康检查未发现职业相关异常人员。结论本项目属于公共设施管理业,属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,正常运行后应严格落实各项职业卫生管理措施,确保符合国家职业病防治相关法规、法规的要求。Objective To analyze and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a kitchen waste disposal project,explore the feasibility of occupational-disease-prevention measures and personal protection measures.Methods In 2019,the data of a kitchen waste disposal project of Xuzhou City were collected by means of occupational health field survey,occupational health test and test table,and analyzed and evaluated by the combination of occupational-disease-prevention facilities,personal protective equipment and emergency rescue facilities.Results The main occupational hazard factors in this project were chemical hazard factors(ammonia,sulfuric acid,methanol,methanthiol,ethanthiol,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,sodium hydroxide),noise and high temperature.The test results showed that the qualified rates of the occupational hazard factors were 100%.No occupational abnormality was found in occupational health examination.Conclusion This project belongs to the public facilities management industry(industry code N7820),and is the construction project with high occupati onal hazard.After normal operation,all occupational health management measures should be strictly implemented to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations on occupational disease prevention.
