摘　　要：目的了解广西地区放射科新入职医务人员及其家属的心理健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月广西地区新入职放射科医务人员及其家属作为研究对象,采用一般资料量表与症状自评量表(SCL-90)对医务人员及其家属进行调查,分析其心理健康的影响因素。结果医务人员躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感及焦虑等因子得分分别为1.63±0.51、1.76±0.53、1.79±0.56、1.51±0.44,均显著高于全国常模1.37±0.48、1.62±0.58、1.65±0.61、1.39±0.43;家属抑郁与焦虑得分分别为1.68±0.55与1.50±0.42,显著高于全国常模(1.50±0.59与1.39±0.43);医务人员躯体化、强迫症状及人际关系敏感得分分别为1.63±0.51、1.76±0.53、1.79±0.56,高于家属得分(1.38±0.49、1.64±0.57、1.67±0.59),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。性别、自评专业能力及家人支持度是医务人员心理健康的影响因素,教育年限、职业及与医务人员沟通情况是家属心理健康的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论广西地区新入职放射科医务人员及其家属的心理健康有待提高,医院要对女性、自信心不足、认为家属不支持自己工作的医务人员予以重点关注,并加强医务人员与其家属之间的沟通。Objective To understand the mental health status of newly recruited medical staff in the radiology department and their family members of Guangxi,analyze its influencing factors.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,the newly recruited medical staff in the department of radiology and their family members in Guangxi were selected as the research objects,and were investigated by the general information scale and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).The influencing factors of their mental health status were analyzed.Results The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety of medical staff were respectively 1.63±0.51,1.76±0.53,1.79±0.56 and 1.51±0.44,which were significantly higher than the national norm of 1.37±0.48,1.62±0.58,1.65±0.61 and 1.39±0.43,respectively.The scores of depression and anxiety in family members were 1.68±0.55 and 1.50±0.42 respectively,which were significantly higher than the national norm of 1.50±0.59 and 1.39±0.43.The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and interpersonal sensitivity of medical staff were respectively 1.63±0.51,1.76±0.53 and 1.79±0.56,which were higher than those of their family members(1.38±0.49,1.64±0.57,1.67±0.59),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Gender,self-rated professional ability and family support were the influencing factors of mental health of medical staff,while education years,occupation and communication with medical staff were the influencing factors of mental health of family members(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health of newly recruited medical staff in radiology department and their families in Guangxi needs to be improved.Hospitals should pay special attention to medical staff who are women,lack self-confidence,and believe that their families do not support their work,and strengthen communication between medical staff and their families.
