小儿全麻气管内插管对腹腔镜下疝气高位结扎术的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的进行腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎术时,应用全麻气管内插管麻醉方式干预,分析影响效果。方法2018年10月-2020年6月期间,在我院接受腹腔镜下疝气高位结扎手术的患儿中,抽取60例入组研究,摸球实验法,将其分为常规组和实验组,常规组不插管,实验组进行气管内插管,对两组血气分析指标、呼吸循环指标以及麻醉期并发症发生率进行比较和分析。结果与常规组相比,实验组呼吸循环指标,血气分析指标较有优势,且麻醉期并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下疝气高位结扎术时,应用全麻气管内插管方式干预,可减少对呼吸循环系统的影响,降低并发症发生率,可借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation on laparoscopic high ligation of hernia in children.Methods from October 2018 to June 2020,60 cases of children undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of hernia in our hospital were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group.The conventional group did not intubate,and the experimental group received endotracheal intubation.The blood gas analysis indexes,respiratory and circulatory indexes and the incidence of complications during anesthesia were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results compared with the conventional group,the experimental group had advantages in respiratory and circulatory indexes and blood gas analysis indexes,and the incidence of complications during anesthesia was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of general anesthesia endotracheal intubation intervention in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia can reduce the impact on the respiratory and circulatory system and reduce the incidence of complications,which can be used for reference.
