锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术后延续性护理对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析延续性护理对切开复位内固定术后锁骨骨折患者生活质量的影响。方法于2018年01月-2020年11月,将本院48例锁骨骨折患者分成常规组(常规护理)、研究组(延续性护理),各24例。结果研究组术后6个月肩关节功能恢复优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛(Visual AnalogueScale Score,VAS)评分、抑郁(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)心理评分、焦虑(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)心理评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组SF-36生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论切开复位内固定术治疗锁骨骨折患者之后夯实延续性护理措施,可进一步减少并发症,减轻患者痛感及焦虑抑郁情绪,确保患者肩关节功能得到显著改善,这对于患者生活质量提高发挥着积极的促进作用,值得引起临床重视并大范围借鉴普及。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with clavicle fracture after open reduction and internal fixation.Methods From January 2018 to November 2020,48 patients with clavicle fracture in our hospital were divided into routine group(routine care)and study group(continuous care),with 24 patients in each group.Results The excellent and good recovery rate of shoulder joint was higher in the study group than in the conventional group 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).VAS pain score,SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score in the study group were all lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The life quality score of SF-36 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion open reduction and internal fixation to treat clavicular fracture patients ramming continuity after nursing intervention,can further reduce complications,reduce the patient’s pain and anxiety depression,to ensure that patients with shoulder joint function was significantly improved,the quality of life for the patient to improve play a positive role in promoting,to cause the clinical value and a wide range of popularity.
