康柏西普在年龄相关性白内障合并湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性诊治中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨在年龄相关性白内障合并湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性诊治中,康柏西普对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的诊治作用。方法统计年龄相关性白内障合并湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者64例(64眼),随机分成两组:A组:先予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普、再行白内障手术的患者32眼;B组:先行白内障手术、再予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普的患者32眼。治疗前及治疗后1 mo、2 mo、3 mo、4 mo均进行最佳矫正视力、频域光学相干断层扫描检查。结果分析两组患者治疗前后的最佳矫正视力、中心视网膜厚度,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中不同的治疗策略比较,其先后顺序对最终治疗效果不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康柏西普在年龄相关性白内障合并湿性黄斑变性诊治过程中具有重要作用,其联合白内障手术,能显著提高患者的视功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Conbercept for wet age-related macular degeneration when treating age-related cataract with wet age-related macular degeneration.Methods Sixty-four patients with age-related cataract and wet age-related macular degeneration were randomly divided into two treatmengt groups:A group(32 patients):first inject Conbercept,then do cataract surgery;B group(32 patients):first do cataract surgery,then inject Conbercept.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was performed before and after 1 mo、2 mo、3 mo、4mo after treatment,and the central retinal thickness of macular was detected by optical coherence tomography(OCT).Results Analysis of best corrected visual acuity and central retinal thickness before and after the two groups of patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);different treatment strategies were compared in order of their appearance on the final treatment is not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Conbercept in treatment of age-related cataract with wet age-related macular degeneration plays an important role,which combined with cataract surgery,can significantly improve visual function in patients.
