摘  要:为了改善塔木察格高温油藏现场深部调剖效果,满足调剖现场施工要求,研究了适合该油藏的耐温深部调剖体系。通过考察聚合物分子量、聚合物浓度、酚醛树脂交联剂浓度、不同种类延缓剂组成及其浓度,得到适合塔木察格高温油藏耐温深部调剖剂体系的最优,利用耐温深部调剖剂体系对塔木察格现场5口注入井进行深部调剖,注入井平均压力升高4.7 MPa,油井受效比例达55.3%以上,累计增油10047 t,直接经济效益达到1160.16万元。In order to improve the deep profile control effect of Tamtsag high temperature reservoir and meet the requirements of field construction,a temperature-resistant deep profile control system suitable for this reservoir is studied.In this paper,by investigating the polymer molecular weight,polymer concentration,phenolic resin crosslinking agent concentration,different species composition and concentration of retardant,the suitable deep profile control agent system is formed:Ⅰ:3000 mg/L anionic polyacrylamide C+3000 mg/L phenolic resin crosslinking agent+200 mg/L heterocyclic amine retardant;Ⅱ:3000 mg/L anionic polyacrylamide C+3000 mg/L phenolic resin crosslinking agent+500 mg/L beta cyclodextrin+200 mg/L sodium dodecyl sulfate.The gluing time of the system can be up to 11 days,and the viscosity after gluing is over 9000mPa.s.The gluing effect is good.The core plugging experiment shows that the breakthrough pressure is 3.6 MPa,the residual resistance coefficient is 670,and the plugging ability is good.The temperature-resistant deep profile control agent system was used to conduct deep profile control for 5 injection wells in Tamtsag field.The average pressure of the injection wells increased by 4.7 MPa,the effective ratio of the well reached over 55.3%,the cumulative oil increase was 10047 t,and the direct economic benefit is 11,601600 yuan.
