摘 要:某矿注水站综合耗电占矿总耗电的23%,为降低运行能耗,通过对注水站能耗状况进行调查统计,分析了影响单耗和泵效等的因素,采用减级、涂膜和单双泵布局调整等措施,减级改造降压后,泵管压差下降了0.9 MPa,平均注水单耗由5.98 kWh/m3下降到5.77 kWh/m3,下降了0.21 kWh/m3;涂膜后注水泵单耗由6.02 kWh/m3下降到5.90 kWh/m3,泵效由71.4%上升到73.8%,见到了显著的节能效果。针对注水泵的诸多节能措施,提出了相应的技术评价及建议,为注水泵节能运行提供技术指导。Water injection station integrated power consumption accounts for 23%of the total power consumption,to reduce energy consumption,by investigating the water injection station energy consumption statistics,analyzes the factors that influence the consumption and pump efficiency reduction level,coating and layout adjustment measures,such as single and double pump level transformation after decompression,reduction owing differential pressure decreased by 0.9 MPa,the average water consumption by 5.98 kWh/m3 down to 5.77 kWh/m3,dropped by 0.21 kWh/m3.After coating,the unit consumption of water injection pump decreased from 6.02 kWh/m3 to 5.90 kWh/m3,and the pump efficiency increased from 71.4%to 73.8%,showing a significant energy saving effect.In view of the energy saving measures of the water injection pump,the corresponding technical evaluation and suggestions are put forward to provide technical guidance for the energy saving operation of the water injection pump.
