摘　　要：为了解决大港滩海地区联合站外输原油油水界面混浊,原油含水超标,乳化严重的问题,室内对5种不同类型的破乳剂对滩海油田原油的破乳能力进行分析研究,筛选出2种类型的破乳剂进行复配后对复配破乳剂类型、加药浓度、温度等因素进行研究。最终筛选复配出BH-2型破乳剂在60℃加药浓度为100 mg/L的条件下,原油脱水速度快,油水界面清晰,深度脱水效果显著。与目前在用破乳剂相比,现场使用效果明显,外输原油含水率从3%降到0.7%以下,药剂成本节省16%,可节约成本48万元/a,具有较好的推广应用前景。in order to solve the dagang beach area outside the station lost crude oil-water interface is cloudy and excess water cut of crude oil,emulsified serious problems,indoor for five different types of demulsifier for crude oil demulsification capability of Tanhai Oilfield,select 2 types of line into the distribution after demulsification agent on the distribution of demulsification agent class type,dosing concentration degree,the temperature factor into the line of research.The BH-2 type demulsifier was prepared at 60℃and the concentration was 100 mg/L.The dewatering speed of crude oil was fast,the oil-water interface was clear,and the effect of deep dewatering was obvious.Compared with the demulsifier used before the application,the application effect is obvious in the field,the water content of the raw oil exported is reduced from 3%to less than 0.7%,the drug cost is reduced by 16%,and the cost can be saved by 480,000 yuan/a,which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
