摘 要:虚拟现实(Virtual reality,VR)作为一种新兴的技术,具有沉浸感、交互性和想象性,正是基于这些特点,虚拟现实有着良好的仿真特性。基于VR技术构建的虚拟拆装系统实践平台,可有效提升学员在日常拆装机械零部件时的实践操作水平,基于MakeReal3D开发的虚拟拆装仿真系统设计模式,提出一种使用动态捕捉与仿真交互的系统实现结构复杂机电产品拆装实验的方法,实现在沉浸式场景中对部组件进行拆装与结合,可有效解决真实实验受实验对象、场地等条件限制的问题。As a new technology,virtual reality(VR)has immersion,interactivity and imagination.Based on these characteristics,virtual reality has good simulation characteristics.The practice platform of virtual disassembly and assembly system based on VR technology can effectively improve the practical operation level of students in daily disassembly and assembly of mechanical parts.Based on the design mode of virtual disassembly simulation system developed by makereal3d,this paper proposes a method of using dynamic capture and simulation interaction system to realize disassembly and assembly experiment of complex mechanical and electrical products,so as to realize the integration of components in immersion scene."The combination of disassembly and assembly can effectively solve the problem that the real experiment is limited by the experimental object,site and other conditions.
