风电制造企业质量管理成熟度评价研究及应用

摘　　要：通过设立八项指标对风电企业质量管理体系成熟度进行量化评价,通过层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,邀请专家对评价指标进行评分,使用模糊综合评价法计算综合评价结果,根据结果确定质量管理成熟度等级。结合案例验证了评价模型的可行性,获得了量化的评价结果,找到了质量管理短板,明确了改进方向,促进了风电企业高质量发展。In this paper,eight indicators are set up to quantitatively evaluate the maturity of quality management system of wind power enterprises.The weight of evaluation indexes is determined by analytic hierarchy process.Ex­perts are invited to score the evaluation indexes.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation results,and the maturity level of quality management is determined according to the results.Combined with the case,the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified,the quantitative evaluation re­sults are obtained,the short board of quality management is found,the improvement direction is defined,and the high-quality development of wind power enterprises is promoted.
