摘 要:针对手柄座圆锥面上的螺纹孔加工效率低、劳动强度大等问题,提出了钻孔攻丝基于一体的装置设计,采用振动盘将手柄座自动上料至上料平台,研发一款通过PLC控制实现自动化加工的手柄座钻孔攻丝一体机,实验结果表明装置钻孔速度650 r/min,进给量750 mm/min,攻丝速度400 r/min,进给量800 mm/min,工作状态最佳,均布孔的角度最大偏差为0.8°,与传统手工操作相比效率提高了34%左右,加工工件表面无划伤率提高25%左右。Aiming at the problems of low machining efficiency and high labor intensity of threaded hole on the conical surface of handle seat,the design of drilling and tapping device based on integration is proposed.The vibration disk is used to automatically feed the handle seat to the upper material platform.A PLC controlled drilling and tapping integrated machine is developed for the handle seat.The experimental results show that the drilling speed of the device is 650 R/min and the feed rate is 750 The results show that the optimal operating conditions are as follows:tapping speed 400 R/min,feed rate 800 mm/min.the maximum deviation of the angle of uniform hole distribution is 0.8°,compared with the traditional manual operation,the efficiency is increased by 34%,and the scratch free rate of the workpiece surface is increased by 25%.
