摘 要:云南省某工程高大跨连续刚构采用悬臂浇筑技术,为上下双室箱梁结构。因其结构的特殊性,普通的公路及铁路挂篮无法满足本工程大跨单箱双室施工要求。为确保项目高质量按期完成,通过对比分析中南通道蔚汾河特大桥工程实际,对既有挂篮升级改造方案进行探讨,通过优化模架体系、创新行走系统,实现了铁路挂篮的改造与升级。对挂篮结构进行检算分析,并在主桁架拼装完成后进行现场试验验证,变形数据与检算结果基本吻合。通过对既有挂篮升级改造不仅节约了成本,而且保证了工期,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The cantilever pouring technology is adopted for the high span continuous rigid frame of a practical expressway in Yunnan Province.The structure is a upper and lower double room box girder structure.Due to the particularity of its structure,ordinary highway and railway hanging basket can not meet the construction requirements of large-span single box and double room.In order to ensure the construction task to be completed on schedule with high quality,through comparison with Yufen River Super Large Bridge in Central South channel,the paper discussed the upgrading scheme of the existing hanging basket.By optimizing the formwork system and innovating the walking system,the transformation and upgrading of the railway hanging basket are realized.The structure of the hanging basket is checked and analyzed.The field test is carried out after the main truss assembly,and the deformation data are basically consistent with the calculation results.Through upgrading and transformation,not only the cost is saved,but also the construction period is guaranteed,which provides reference for similar projects.
