摘  要:尼日利亚拉各斯轻轨是我国在西非实施的第一条轻轨项目,施工难度极大。跨海桥主桥为连续梁,主墩桩基最长80 m,加上平台及承台高度,钻机需达到86 m的钻深能力,为超长桩基。尼日利亚是一个工业不发达国家,各种设备,包括混凝土导管,甚至混凝土外加剂和粉煤灰掺合料都需进口。在这样一个工业落后的国家施工超长桩基,需要编制详细、有针对性的施工方案,订制型号、数量准确的施工设备和制定详细的工艺细节,难度非常大。中土尼日利亚有限公司技术人员通过合理选择施工机械、把握时机以提高钻孔精度、严控泥浆护壁配合比和水下混凝土坍落度,取得了良好的施工效果。Lagos Rail Mass Transit in Nigeria is the first light rail with the highest construction difficulty in West Africa constructed by Chinese contractors.The main bridge of the cross-sea bridge is composed of a continuous beam with the longest pile foundation of main piers being 80m in length.The height of the platform and pile caps requires the drilling rig to be capable of reaching a depth of 86m for the construction of a super-long pile foundation.Nigeria is an industrially underdeveloped country that needs to import all kinds of equipment,including concrete conduits and even concrete admixtures and admixtures of fly Ash.In such a backward country,it is very difficult to construct super-long pile foundation with preparing a detailed and targeted construction scheme,ordering the construction equipment with accurate model and quantity,and formulating detailed process details.The technical personnel of CCECC Nigeria Limited provides solutions to achieve good construction results,including reasonably selecting construction machinery,grasping the opportunity to improve drilling accuracy,and strictly controlling the mixture ratio of cement and the inner surface as well as underwater concrete slump.
