摘 要:对装配式综合管廊拼装时张拉力损失原因进行研究,找出张拉力损失计算中易忽视的滑动摩阻损失。依托长沙湘府路和北京新机场线试验综合管廊两个不同内部构造的管廊预制项目,进行预制地下综合管廊拼装滑移摩阻试验。对试验原理以及方法进行详细阐述,并对试验结果进行探讨分析,得出预制混凝土管廊与铺设砂层的混凝土平台间的摩擦因数,同时提出综合管廊拼装时降低摩擦阻力的措施。为装配式综合管廊拼装时所施加的总拉力计算和降低张拉力损失奠定了基础,促进了装配式综合管廊拼装和防水施工的顺利进行。In the paper,the author makes a research on the causes of the tension loss during the assembly of the prefabricated utility tunnel,and finds out the sliding friction loss which is easy to be ignored in the calculation of tension loss.Based on two different structure utility tunnel prefabrication projects of Changsha Xiangfu Road and Beijing new airport line test utility tunnel,the sliding friction test of the prefabricated underground utility tunnel is carried out.The principle and method of the test is described in detail,and the test results are discussed and analyzed.The friction coefficient between the precast concrete utility tunnel and the concrete platform with sand layer is obtained,and the measures to reduce the friction resistance during the assembly of prefabricated utility tunnel are put forward at the same time.It lays a foundation for the calculation of the total tensile force and the reduction of tension loss during the assembly of the prefabricated utility tunnel,and promotes the assembly and waterproof construction of the prefabricated utility tunnel.
