摘 要:磁浮交通作为一种新兴的轨道交通,具有广阔的应用前景。目前国内具有完全自主知识产权的长沙磁浮、北京S1线正在运行中。中低速磁浮采用侧向接触轨供电,在实际运行时,由于线路电气化设计为多个电分段组合,因此各电分段之间需要通过分段绝缘器绝缘连接。由于其结构问题加之受电靴的磨耗会在其表面积碳,串电问题已成为其惯性故障,尤其在线路维修期间,分段区间的单独维护更能凸显出分段绝缘器的关键性。本文对分段绝缘器的常见故障进行研究,找出引发故障的原因,制定优化措施,优化分段绝缘器结构,保证磁浮机车运行畅通。As a new type of rail transit,maglev has a broad application prospect.At present,Changsha maglev and Beijing S1 lines with independent intellectual property rights are in operation.The middle and low speed maglev adopts the side contact rail power supply.In the actual operation,because the line electrification design is a combination of multiple electrical sections,the electrical sections need to be insulated and connected by sectional insulator.Due to its structural problems and the wear of the collector shoe will cause carbon on its surface area,the series current problem has become its inertial fault,especially during the maintenance period of the line,the separate maintenance of the section can highlight the key of the sectional insulator.This paper studies the common faults of sectional insulator,finds out the cause of fault,formulates optimization measures,optimizes the structure of sectional insulator,and ensures smooth operation of maglev locomotive.
