摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻中隔偏曲位移术对“C”形鼻中隔偏曲患者疗效及并发症的影响。方法:选择笔者医院耳鼻喉科2016年9月-2018年12月140例行鼻中隔矫正的“C”形鼻中隔偏曲患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。其中观察组采用鼻中隔偏曲位移术,对照组采用传统鼻中隔黏膜下切除术。对比两组患者优良率、手术指标、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者优良率为84.29%远高于对照组(51.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间、手术时间和术中出血量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为8.57%,显著低于对照组并发症发生率(27.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理工作经验分量表(ENCS)、护理满意度量表(SNCS)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于“C”形鼻中隔偏曲患者,采用鼻中隔偏曲位移术能够取得更好的手术效果,术中对患者组织损伤也较小,同时能够降低并发症发生率,提高患者对治疗过程的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal septum deviation displacement on the efficacy and complications of“C”shaped deviation of nasal septum.Methods 140 patients with“C”shaped deviation of nasal septum who underwent septal correction in our department of otolaryngology between September 2016 and December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 70 cases.The observation group received t nasal septum deviation displacement,while the control group received traditional submucosal resection of nasal septum.The excellent and good rate,surgical index,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 84.29%,which was higher than that in the control group(51.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay,operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.14%,P<0.05).Patients in the observation group received higher scores on the experiences of nursing care subscale(ENCS)and nursing care subscale(SNCS)than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with“C”shaped deviation of nasal septum,nasal septum deviation displacement can achieve better surgical results,with less tissue damage during the operation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients with the treatment process,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
