长脉宽激光联合得宝松注射液治疗小面积瘢痕疙瘩

摘　　要：目的:探究长脉宽激光联合得宝松注射液对小面积瘢痕疙瘩治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年4月笔者医院收治的73例小面积瘢痕疙瘩患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=37)和对照组(n=36),两组均注射得宝松注射液,研究组在此基础上即刻给予长脉宽Nd:YAG激光治疗,评价两组临床总有效率及瘢痕情况(VSS),并记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,研究组临床总有效率97.30%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组瘢痕色泽评分、厚度评分、血管分布评分及柔软度评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组局部皮肤瘙痒、红肿、色素沉着及注射部位疼痛等不良反应发生率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组患者满意度97.30%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长脉宽激光联合得宝松注射液治疗小面积瘢痕疙瘩较仅使用得宝松注射液治疗,能明显改善治疗效果和提高瘢痕评分,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effects of long laser pulse combined with Debaosong injection on small keloid treatment.Methods A total of 73 patients with small keloid treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled and divided into the study group(n=37)and the control group(n=36)according to the random number table method.Both groups were administrated with Debaosong injection,but the study group received additional long laser pulse Nd:YAG.The total clinical effectiveness and vancouver scar scale(VSS)of the two groups were evaluated,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(97.30%vs.83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scar color score,thickness score,vascular distribution score,and softness score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(97.30%vs 77.78%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions such as local itching,redness,pigmentation,and pain at the injection site between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(97.30%vs.77.78%,P<0.05).Conclusion Long laser pulse combined with Debaosong injection for small keloid can significantly improve the efficacy and scar score with better safety compared with Debaosong injection alone.
