摘　　要：目的:观察外用吡美莫司乳膏联合多磺粘多糖乳膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的有效性和安全性。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年1月笔者科室就诊的面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为联合组及对照组,联合组:患者外用1%吡美莫司乳膏与多磺粘多糖乳膏;对照组:患者单用1%吡美莫司乳膏,共4周。比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应及复发情况等。结果:完成4周治疗后,联合组多项客观症状及自觉症状评分好转程度均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的复发率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:1%吡美莫司乳膏联合多磺粘多糖乳膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of topical pimelimus cream combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream for the treatment of patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis.Methods Patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis admitted to the author's unit from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the control group.Patients in the combined treatment group were treated with topical application of 1%pimelimus cream and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,while patients in the control group were treated with 1%pimelimus cream alone,for 4 weeks.The curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,scores of objective symptoms and conscious symptoms in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And there was no significant statistical difference in the recurrence rate of the two groups.Conclusion 1%pimelimus cream combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream is safe and effective in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.
