纳米脂肪结合高密度脂肪移植在面部美容手术中的疗效及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨面部美容手术中应用纳米脂肪结合高密度脂肪移植的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月笔者医院收治的80例行面部美容手术患者为本次研究对象,通过计算机随机数字分配原则将之分为两组,即对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40),对照组应用高密度脂肪移植,研究组应用纳米脂肪联合高密度脂肪移植。比较两组临床疗效与安全性。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且研究组治疗后,患者面部形态均恢复良好,POSAS面部美容评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对行面部美容手术患者给予纳米脂肪联合高密度脂肪移植,可提高美容手术效果,提高手术安全性,临床应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of using nanofat combined with high-density fat during facial cosmetic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing facial cosmetic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the analysis object of this study.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of computer random number distribution,the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The control group was treated with high-density fat transplantation,and the study group was treated with nanofat combined with high-density fat transplantation.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial morphology of the study group recovered well,and the POSAS facial beauty score was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing facial cosmetic surgery,nanofat combined with high-density fat transplantation can improve the effectiveness of cosmetic surgery,improve the safety of surgery,and have significant clinical application value.
