非农就业、信息工具技能禀赋与农户收入差距

摘　　要：依托CLDS2016年数据,利用再中心化影响函数回归(RIF)方法研究非农就业和两种信息工具使用技能对农户收入差距的影响及其机制。结果表明,总体上,非农就业及传统信息工具技能有利于缓解收入差距,而现代信息工具技能则表现为对收入差距的扩大作用。对总收入进行分解后,非农就业比例提升将同时缩小非农及农业收入差距;传统信息工具技能提升仅对非农收入差距有缓解作用;而现代信息工具技能提升将带来农业及其他收入差距的进一步扩大。中介视角下,仅现代信息工具技能在非农就业影响农户收入差距中具有部分中介效应。收入分位视角下,非农就业及传统信息工具技能均表现为以高收入组参考,对低收入组家庭更强的增收效应,而现代信息工具技能则相反。Based on the data of CLDS in 2016,this paper studies the impact of non-agricultural employment and the use of two kinds of information tools on the income gap of farmers by using the method of recentered impact function regression(RIF).The results show that,in general,non-agricultural employment and skills in traditional information tools are conducive to alleviating the income gap,while skills in contemporary information tools are shown to expand the income gap.From the perspective of income structure,the increase of non-agricultural employment proportion will reduce the income gap between non-agricultural and agricultural industries at the same time;the improvement of skills in traditional information tools will only alleviate the income gap among non-agricultural industries;while the improvement of skills in contemporary information tools will lead to the expansion of agricultural income and other income gaps.From the perspective of intermediary,only skills in contemporary information tools have partial intermediary effect in the impact of non-agricultural employment on the income gap of farmers.From the perspective of income quantile,the reference to the highincome group,the non-agricultural employment,and skills in traditional information tools has a stronger effect of income increasing on low-income families,while the skills in contemporary information tools have the opposite effect.
