摘　　要：在我国社会主要矛盾发生转移的背景下,人民对体育的多元化需求和体育处于改革深水区的现实,为我国体育事业发展提供了根本动力,也带来了重大挑战。为探寻我国体育事业发展的思想资源和有效途径,通过文献资料法和历史研究法,梳理和分析新中国成立之初学界展开的关于劳卫制问题的讨论,尤其针对劳卫制从苏联的先进经验成为我国体育事业的基本制度这一过程而引发的思考,认为这场论争虽然限于特定的历史背景和现实条件,却具有重要的时代价值,即反映了体育界探寻发展路径的集体意识,限制了体育实践中不良问题的扩大化,奠定了我国体育体制形成的思想基础;同时,对当前我国体育事业发展也具有积极的借鉴意义,即立足国情,提高域外体育经验的可行性;增扩试行的时空条件,积累本土化的实践经验;展开针对性的学术讨论,提供充分的学理依据。Under the background of shifting the major contradiction in China’s society,people’s diversified demands for sport and the reality of sports reform in a difficult situation have provided provided the fundamental impetus for the development of sports in China,as well as posing major challenges.To explore its thought resources and effective ways for the development of China’s sports,the methods of documentation and historical research are adopted to organize and analyze the discussion on the issue of Labor and Defense at the beginning of the new China,especially the reflection on the process by which Labor and Defense was transformed from the advanced experience of the Soviet Union into the basic system of China’s sports,and this study believes that although the debate was limited to a specific historical background and practical conditions,it has important contemporary value,namely,it reflects the collective consciousness of the sports community to search for a path of development,limited the expansion of undesirable problems in sports practice and laid the ideological foundation for the formation of China’s sports system.At the same time,it also has positive reference significance for the current development of China’s sports,that is,based on the national conditions,to improve the feasibility of foreign sports experience;expand the space-time conditions for trial implementation and accumulate practical experience of localization;carry out targeted academic discussions to provide sufficient theoretical basis.
