摘  要:目的建立气相色谱法测定薄荷喉片中的桉油精、三氯叔丁醇、薄荷脑和八角茴香油的含量方法。方法采用聚乙二醇-20M为固定液的石英毛细管柱(HP-INNOWAX),程序升温,进样口温度200℃,火焰离子检测器温度250℃,氮气流速1.6 mL·min^-1,进样量1μL。结果在该色谱条件下,桉油精、三氯叔丁醇、薄荷脑和八角茴香油分别在4.264~106.6、10.304~257.6、21.44~536.0、16.08~402.0μg·mL^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为95.90%,98.38%,99.37%,97.21%(n=6,RSD为2.60%,0.97%,0.92%,1.87%)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于薄荷喉片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To established a GC method for simultaneous determination for cineol,chlorobutanol,menthol,star anise oil in Bohehou tablet.METHODS The GC system was consisted of silica capillary column with PEG-20 M as the stationary phase(HP-INNOWAX),programmed heating method.The temperature of the inlet was set at 200℃and that of FID was reached at 250℃,The flow rate of nitrogen was 1.6 mL·min^-1.The sample injection volume was 1μL.RESULTS Under these conditions,the linear rang of cineol,chlorobutanol,menthol and star anise oil were 4.264-106.6,10.304-257.6,21.44-536.0,16.08-402.0μg·mL-1,respectively with good correlation.The average recoveries of cineol,chlorobutanol,menthol,star anise oil were 95.90%,98.38%,99.37%,97.21%(n=6,RSD=2.60%,0.97%,0.92%,1.87%).CONCLUSION The method is efficient and accurate with a good reproduction and can be used for the quality control of Bohehou Tablet.
