百乐眠胶囊联合自助认知行为疗法对慢性失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究百乐眠胶囊联合自助认知行为疗法对慢性失眠症的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月青海红十字医院神经内科收治的慢性失眠症患者60例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用百乐眠胶囊进行治疗,观察组则进行百乐眠胶囊联合自助认知行为疗法进行干预。比较2组的临床疗效及干预前后前后的睡眠相关参数。结果:干预后观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,睡眠相关参数显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百乐眠胶囊联合自助认知行为疗法在慢性失眠症患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量,在本类患者中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of Bailemen capsule combined with self-help cognitive behavior therapy in the patients with chronic insomnia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic insomnia in Department of Neurology,Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Bailemen capsule,while the observation group were treated with Bailemen capsule and self-help cognitive behavior therapy.Then the clinical effect and sleep related parameters before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group after the intervention was significantly higher than that of control group,the sleep related parameters were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Bailemian capsule combined with self-help cognitive behavior therapy in the chronic insomnia patients is better,and it can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,so its application value in these patients is higher.
