加味甘麦大枣汤对女性更年期患者睡眠质量的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析加味甘麦大枣汤对女性更年期患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月丰顺县中医院收治的女性更年期患者60例作为研究对象,以电脑随机的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组采用加味甘麦大枣汤治疗。比较2组患者的睡眠质量,分析2组患者的治疗效果及对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的睡眠质量高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在临床采用加味甘麦大枣汤治疗可以改善更年期妇女的睡眠质量,提升患者的治疗有效率和满意度,在临床中具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao Decoction on the improvement of sleep quality of female menopausal patients.Methods:A total of 60 female menopausal patients were selected from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as the research object.They were divided into two groups by computer random method,namely the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the experimental group was treated with modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction.The sleep quality of the two groups of patients was compared,and the treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the sleep quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant;the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant;Compared with the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical application of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao Decoction can improve the sleep quality of menopausal women,improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction of patients,and has clinical application value.
