优质护理在老年陈旧性心肌梗死合并呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探究优质护理在老年陈旧性心肌梗死(心梗)合并呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月福建省老年医院收治的老年陈旧性心梗合并呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者42例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较2组的睡眠质量、生命质量及自我护理能力评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组的睡眠质量、生命质量及自我护理能力评分显著优于对照组,患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在老年陈旧性心梗合并呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者中的护理效果较好,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量、生命质量及自我护理能力,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 42 elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with sleep apnea syndrome in Elderly Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2018 to December 2019 were averagely divided into control group and observation group with 21 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with high-quality nursing.Then the sleep quality,life quality and self-care ability scores,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The sleep quality,life quality and self-care ability scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of high-quality nursing in the elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with sleep apnea syndrome is better,and it can significantly improve the sleep quality,life quality and self-care ability of patients,so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
