摘　　要：目的:探讨叙事护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者焦虑及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加叙事护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后2周、4周的焦虑评分和睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理用于老年COPD患者中,有效降低患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing on anxiety and sleep of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 96 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group added narrative nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxiety and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing can effectively reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality in elderly COPD patients.
